According to recent data of reported abortions, Greater Columbus Right to Life estimates that an average of 12 babies will die by abortion each day of September and October in Central Ohio.

This heartbreaking projection reveals an ambitious call to action for our upcoming fall 40 Days for Life Campaign.

For each hour of our campaign – 12 hours a day for 40 days – a baby is projected to die via abortion. So, when you adopt an hour during the campaign, pray with the intention of this baby and mom.

If you are unfamiliar with 40 Days for Life, the premise is simple.

The campaign begins Sept. 23 and ends on Nov. 1. During the 40 days, individuals, groups and churches can adopt time ranging from an hour to a day (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) to pray outside of the abortion clinic. The fall campaign will be held at the Planned Parenthood East Surgical Clinic in Columbus, 3255 E Main St.

This fall, it is our goal that every single hour – and baby – is adopted. Can you help us cover 480 hours and 480 babies in prayer?

We know that prayer saves lives.

40 Days for Life began in 2007. Since then, 26,545 unborn lives have been saved.

During our 2026 spring campaign, nine mothers turned away from the abortion clinic because of our peaceful, prayerful presence.
