We are deeply grateful to the Diocese of Columbus and The Catholic Times for giving missionary communities an opportunity to share the needs, hopes, and work of the Church in different parts of the world.
The Pallottine Fathers and Brothers of the Our Lady of Good Health Province serve communities in India, especially in rural and economically disadvantaged areas. Through our missionary and pastoral ministries, we seek not only to proclaim the Gospel but also to respond to the practical needs of the people entrusted to our care.

Funds received through the Mission Cooperation Plan help sustain and strengthen several important ministries:
- Education of disadvantaged children: providing educational assistance, school materials, rural tuition centers, and support for children whose families cannot afford adequate educational opportunities.
- Catechetical and pastoral ministry: supporting evangelization, faith formation, sacramental ministry, and pastoral outreach, especially in rural and underserved communities.
- Formation of seminarians: supporting the education and formation of young men preparing for the Pallottine priesthood and future missionary service.
- Empowerment of women and youth: providing vocational training, tailoring centers, and skill-development programs that help individuals and families work toward greater economic stability and self-reliance.
- Care for vulnerable people: providing pastoral and material assistance to the elderly, sick, persons with disabilities, economically disadvantaged families, and families affected by HIV/AIDS.
- Support for mission stations: strengthening mission communities where Catholics have limited resources and access to regular pastoral and sacramental care.
We are especially grateful to the Diocese of Columbus for its commitment to the missionary work of the universal Church. Through the Mission Cooperation Plan and the generosity of the faithful, the Diocese helps us reach many people in India whose lives are affected by poverty, limited educational opportunities, and inadequate access to pastoral care.

The generosity of your parishes reaches far beyond geographical boundaries. A contribution offered in Ohio can help educate a child in a rural village, support the formation of a future priest, strengthen a mission station, assist a struggling family, or bring pastoral care and hope to someone who might otherwise be forgotten.

As we approach World Mission Sunday, we thank Bishop Earl Fernandes, the Mission Office, the clergy, religious, and faithful of the Diocese of Columbus for your prayers, generosity, and missionary spirit. Your partnership reminds us that although we serve in different parts of the world, we are one Church and share one mission in Christ. Please be assured of our prayers and gratitude. May the Lord continue to bless the Diocese of Columbus abundantly for helping us bring the love of Christ and hope to our brothers and sisters in India.
