New Philadelphia Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School’s 56th commencement ceremony and baccalaureate Mass was held Sunday, May 31 in the school gymnasium.
The class of 2026 earned $2.6 million in scholarships and contributed 2,745 hours of service. Seventy-three percent of graduates will attend one of 11 institutions of higher education.





Estella Everett, Nora Jackson, Noah Lengyel, Elena Price and Steven Simpson were valedictorians.
Scholarship recipients include Lengyel, Governor’s Merit Scholarship Award, and Simpson, Guaranteed Admission Award.

Three graduates will play sports at the collegiate level: Dylan Dumermuth, baseball, Kent State University; Elena Price, track and field, Malone University; Khloe Trivoli, volleyball, John Carroll University.
