Rooted in the rich traditions of the Catholic faith, Little Flower Home will serve as a maternity home dedicated to transforming lives through love, compassion and hope.
Little Flower Home is an established nonprofit organization in the state of Ohio. We are currently seeking a property that will accommodate the needs of the mothers and infants we will serve, and to provide space for our dedicated support staff.
We will welcome pregnant women age 18 and older experiencing housing instability into a safe, faith-filled home where they will receive material assistance, nurturing relationships and support they need to build a brighter future for themselves and their children. Our commitment will extend through each child’s first year of life, providing stability and encouragement during these precious and formative months.

Little Flower Home will be more than a shelter or simply a place to live. It will be a true home—a family-centered environment where mothers are welcomed with dignity, surrounded by love and encouraged to grow in confidence, independence and faith.
The founding board of Little Flower Home has been meeting regularly and praying daily as members discern the establishment of a Catholic maternity home in Columbus. Working together through dedicated committees, the board is developing formation and life-skills programs, along with the daily rhythms and traditions that will shape life in the home.
Mothers will have opportunities to learn practical skills, such as cooking and caring for their living spaces and personal belongings, while sharing daily family-style meals and discovering the joy of hobbies, meaningful activities and positive leisure. Through these everyday experiences, we hope to foster a sense of belonging, responsibility and community.

For many years, members of the founding board have carried a deep desire to bring this mission to the Columbus area. Through prayer, discernment and dedicated preparation, they are working to make Little Flower Home a reality—a place where mothers and their children can experience the love of Christ, find a sense of family and begin building a future filled with hope.
